    We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
    We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
    Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

    Orders / Scheduling
    We request information from you on our order and scheduling forms. To buy from me or schedule with me, you must provide contact information (like name, email, phone and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders and scheduling. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.

    We use “cookies” on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.

    We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

    Cancellation and refund policies 
    My offerings are all for your healing, and in these highly tech-supported times I have made the decision to keep the business side as simple and clear as possible so I can keep my focus on providing energy medicine services. 

    As such, I have a “no refunds policy” for all programs, services and products. This means once you have scheduled and paid for a Session, Workshop, Event, Program or Session Bundle, or ordered a product, I do not offer refunds and your session or place in a class is not transferable to another person. 

    Please be certain before you sign up, order or register. If you have any questions before scheduling, please contact me, I am happy to help you determine if it is a good fit for you before you sign up.

    Here is the fine print about this policy: 

    1:1 Sessions: You may reschedule your 1:1 session only with emailed notice within 24-hours’ of your appointment time. Without  24-hours’ notice I do not offer refunds and your session is not transferable to another person.

    Programs, Classes and Workshops: Once you have registered and paid for a program, I do not offer refunds and your registration is not transferable to another person. 

    If I need to cancel: I reserve the right to cancel a Session or Program for any reason with less than 24-hours’ notice: If this happens you will be offered a full refund via the payment platform in which you paid. 

    Products, Events, Audio/Video Teachings: I do not offer refunds or returns on any products, events or teachings. If purchased through my website,, and products arrive damaged, contact me within 2 weeks for a replacement.
